Return & Refund Policy​

14 - Day Hassle-Free Returns​

Not completely satisfied with your BAG purchase? No problem! You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund.​

Refund Timing​

Credit/Debit Cards: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.​

PayPal: PayPal refunds typically take at least 14 days. In some regions, due to local laws and PayPal requirements, this could extend up to 30 days.​

Return Shipping Costs​

You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping fees. To ensure your item reaches us safely, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.​

Items That Can’t Be Returned​

Custom Creations: Customized or personalized bags made specifically to your unique specifications.​

Used or Altered Items: Bags that show signs of wear and tear, stains, or have been modified by you.​

Promotional Exclusions: Items bought during special limited - time promotions that clearly state non - return policies at checkout.​

How to Get a Refund​

Reach Out: Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for return to request a return authorization.​

Send It Back: Once you’ve got the authorization, carefully repack the item in its original condition and packaging. Use a tracked shipping service to send it to our designated return address.​

Inspection: Our team will thoroughly check the returned item to make sure it meets our return criteria.​

Get Your Refund: If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund according to the timelines above. The money will be returned to the same account you used for payment.​

Currency Options​

BAG supports multiple currencies. When you check out, our system will automatically detect your region and show prices in the relevant currency. You may also have the option to switch currencies if available, so you can shop in your preferred currency.​

After the 14 - Day Return Window​

If you contact us after the 14 - day return period has passed, don’t worry. We’ll review your request individually.
